We are partnered with Royal Mail for all UK destinations. For international countries, you can get a quote with Parcelforce for selected countries we currently ship to by adding your items to the checkout basket, or use a freight forwarder for countries not listed on our checkout.
Shipping Prices and Dispatch Times
For the UK, excluding
remote destinations, our minimum order value is £5.00 and we offer the following services:
- Royal Mail Parcelforce
- Parcelforce Economy is £5.98 and available for orders up to £75.
- Parcelforce Express starts from £6.12 and rises dependent on the parcel value.
- Free shipping with Parcelforce on orders over £75 when you pay by bank transfer for selected postcode areas.
- We have Parcelforce collections scheduled each week day afternoon (excluding Thursday) and dispatch within no more than two working days.
- Royal Mail Tracked
- Standard Royal Mail Tracked is available for parcels with a value of £20 or less at £4.99 or less.
- Royal Mail collections have to be booked by us for a next working day collection so are up to three working days for dispatch instead of our usual two.
For UK addresses that are classed as remote destinations, we have a minimum order value of £5.00 for the Scottish Highlands, and £25.00 for other remote destinations (due to increased admin). We offer the following shipping services:
- Royal Mail Tracked
- £4.99 for parcels less than 500g, then £5.99 for parcels up to 2kg, and £6.99 for parcels up to 5 kg, and £10.99 for parcels over 5 kg.
- This service is only for areas Parcelforce class as a remote destination.
- Royal Mail collections have to be booked by us for a next working day collection so are up to three working days for dispatch instead of our usual two.
The 'Estimated Arrival' date offered during checkout is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. We recommend you check the Parcelforce website for
service updates for any potential delays in your postcode area. Dungeonland will send you a tracking number as soon as we book your parcel in but it should be noted that your tracking number does not activate until the driver arrives to collect the parcel from us and scans it in.

Eco Friendly
At Dungeonland we embrace sustainability with your packaging. Our book wraps are environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable. We ship them in Parcelforce branded mailer bags which contain 84% recycled content. Information on how to recycle your Parcelforce bag is included on each bag we send out. The card boxes and bubble wrap we use are typically recycled from previously used packaging or we purchase in 'one time used' card boxes. We do not purchase in any other packaging types though we may have old packaging around that our books have been delivered to us in, and we may recycle this and use it up at times.

New with Dinks
Sometimes Dungeonland may receive brand new stock from suppliers that arrives with damage, but we are unable to return. These are usually in the form of dinks, or indentations, and generally to the corners or spine of a book or an items outer packaging. These items are otherwise complete and perfectly suitable for use. These may be sold on our website and are a suitable bargain for customers that intend to use the book, but not suitable for customers that would like to store the book as part of a pristine collection. Where they are advertised on our website, they will be clearly marked as new (with dinks) and will have a discount on them usually ranging between 5% and 20% off. These items are exempt from being returned as faulty damaged products due to being advertised as already having dink damage to them. To see an example of what a typical dink may look like click here.
France, Germany, and Republic of Ireland
We are currently trialling shipments to the above countries with Royal Mail Parcelforce. Shipping is only available for orders with a minimum value of £25.00 and may go up to a maximum weight of 10kg. Our checkout will automatically advise you if your order does not meet one of these requirements.
Customers in EU countries will not be charged VAT during our checkout, but instead may be subject to import VAT later. You may be required to pay these charges when your parcel enters your country. Your order will be shipped using a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) delivery method. DDU delivery terms mean the receiver will be contacted by customs once their shipment arrives and they will have to settle any charges for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered.
Please note the estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Dungeonland cannot be held accountable for delays beyond its control. If you believe your parcel is lost it should also be noted that Dungeonland cannot issue a refund or replacement until an investigation with Royal Mail Parcelforce has been completed, and this may take up to 28 working days from the moment we inform Royal Mail Parcelforce of your concern.
We do not offer a return service for any international shipments. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay return postage should the need arise. Ensure you are happy with this before purchasing. Dungeonland will offer what assistance it can in claiming through a courier where possible should damage or loss occur. Whatever decision the courier makes is the only offer we are able to make for international customers.
My Country Is Not Listed On The Checkout
You can still purchase from Dungeonland. However, you will need to use a freight forwarder. This means we will ship your items to the freight forwarder in the UK and they will then ship the items on to yourself. There are many freight forwarders in the UK that you can choose. You can search for these online using traditional search methods. If you do not wish to spend time searching we have listed the details of some freight forwarders that our existing customers use. Please note, we are not connected with any of these freight forwarding companies in any way. They are completely independent of us.

Once you are registered with a freight forwarder they will give you instructions on how to place orders at any UK web store including Dungeonland.
Buy Now Ship Later For Freight Forwarders
At Dungeonland international customers are welcome to make multiple purchases in a thirty day period and have their items stored with us so that they can be combined into one shipment later with your freight forwarder. This is currently only available with selected freight forwarders. If you are using a freight forwarder not known to us, simply contact us with their postcode, and we will add your freight forwarder on to this service. This service is free of charge. Though we insist that no orders are stored with us for over thirty days.
To place your order on this service:
- Add your items to the basket as normal and proceed through the checkout.
- On the shipping options page choose 'Buy Now Ship Later - STORE' and click to accept the terms (that you will complete the order within 30 days).
- Complete the checkout. No postage will be charged and no items will be shipped. You are only now paying for your items.
To complete your order and have it shipped:
- Add your items to the basket as normal and proceed through the checkout.
- If you do not wish to purchase any extra items and just want to ship add this item to your basket - Buy Now Ship Later
- On the shipping options page choose 'Buy Now Ship Later - SHIP' and enter your order numbers that need shipping in the relevant field.
- Complete the checkout. Postage will now be charged and your items will be shipped.
