Payment Processors
Dungeonland accepts any of the following payment methods:
- Credit or Debit Card
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal*
- Klarna*
*Not available for local collections due to these payment processors requiring proof of shipping.

Payment processors take a percentage of your payment from us for each transaction. For bank transfers and cards it is around 1% or less. For PayPal and Klarna, the amount is approximately between 4% and 7% of the amount you pay us. The more customers that choose card or bank transfer, the more of your payment we receive, and this helps support our small business in continuing to grow, import more tabletop RPG's, and also to keep our prices lower for you. We may offer you discounted rates or free postage for choosing a payment processor that has a low cost for us. We understand though that some customers have a preference, or may only be able to use a specific payment method, and so we offer PayPal and Klarna payments for those that prefer them.
VAT Invoices
If you require a VAT invoice we automatically include one with every transaction. This is attached to your order confirmation e-mail and we will also put a physical copy in your package. It can also be downloaded by logging into your account and visiting your order page.
Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Payment types include buy now pay later in three instalments, and pay in thirty days. These may or may not be available when you make your purchase as they are only offered for certain size transactions.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods which include paying thirty days later or in instalments, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
