Dungeonland is located in Blackpool and can be visited for local collections or you can pop by during our working hours if you wish to purchase on the premises. If you are local, but unable to visit, we can do a local delivery to your door.

Opening Hours 9.30am to 1.30pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays)
We recommend browsing our range online and submitting a local collection with us first before visiting as only a selection of our products can be browsed on the premises. This will give you the best experience with us. Should you prefer to visit and purchase on the premises you are welcome to do so though note not all our products will be available for you to purchase this way.

Dungeonland is located on the ground floor at Unit 3A, Trident Business Centre, Amy Johnson Way, Blackpool, FY4 2RP.
About Your Visit
We ask visitors to arrive in small groups and to bear in mind you are entering an area where parcels are being packaged and deliveries may be entering. Some parts of our premises are not suitable for small children, and should you need to bring a child, please ensure they remain supervised and stay by their accompanying adult. Please be aware that our Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Milly, may be on the premises. If their are people in your party not comfortable around dogs, we recommend you contact us before visiting to check if Milly is currently on the premises or not, or alternatively use our local delivery option, which may work better for you.
Local Collection (Blackpool)
To use our local collection service:
- Add your items to the basket and proceed, click to checkout, and on the Shipping Address page choose the Local Collection (Blackpool) option.
- Continue through to payment and complete your order. Note that PayPal and Klarna are not available for collections as they require proof of shipping.
- Your collection will be ready on the same or next working day depending on the time and date we receive it. You will receive an e-mail update to notify you of this. The status of your order will also show as 'Ready to pick up' on your order history page. If you do not see an e-mail from us, ensure you check your junk / spam folder as it may be redirected there.
This local collection service is free of charge to use. If you are already at Dungeonland you can choose the In Store option instead of the local collection option and pay using the card machine on our premises.
Local Delivery (Blackpool)
Local delivery is available within a fixed radius around our premises. This option will appear automatically during the checkout if your postcode qualifies. If it does not appear, you are not local enough for us to drop your order off. The price for this service is fixed at £2.95 and there is a minimum order value of £50 for us to come to your door. Please note that we do not accept payment by PayPal or Klarna for local deliveries. Our other payment processors will be available as usual.
We require advance notice of one working day to prepare your order and deliveries can be booked between Monday and Friday, from 10am to 4pm, on the day you choose. On your actual delivery day, we will be able to give you a more specific time, you can contact us if you wish to find this out.
Free Gift at Dungeonland on Local Collections
Book a local collection online with Dungeonland and receive a free Wizkids miniature pack when you collect. The free gift included with your order can be chosen from the examples shown below.
If you would not like to receive a gift you may simply choose the 'no thanks' option or ignore the free gift section when you checkout. The choice of mini offered will change periodically as we run out of stock and move on to the next free item we have to offer.
Terms
- Your order must be a local collection booked in advance of your arrival, the free mini is not available to customers purchasing in any other way.
- Dungeonland reserves the right to provide any free miniature it so chooses.
- Free minis may not be added in remorse or later exchanged, nor do we offer replacements for free items if they are faulty or damaged.
- Dungeonland reserves the right to revise or rescind this offer at any time it so chooses.
