Visit Dungeonland
Dungeonland is located in Blackpool and has over five thousand different products in stock throughout the year. We are primarily online, though you are welcome to visit. We recommend you read through all the information on this page before making your first visit to our premises.

- Friday - 9.30am to 1.30pm
- Saturday - Closed
- Sunday - Closed
We are closed on bank holiday Monday's throughout the year. Over Christmas 2024, we will be closed the 24th through to the 26th, and in the New Year, closed on the 1st.
Finding Us
Dungeonland is located on the ground floor at Unit 3A, Trident Business Park, Amy Johnson Way, Blackpool, FY4 2RP. The most accurate way to find our location is to use what3words:
Directions: Squires Gate Lane is the main road that leads down to the sea front on the south side of Blackpool and is your best starting point. Around half way down this road you will find the entrance to Amy Johnson Way. As you travel into Amy Johnson Way you will see Morrison's and McDonald's on your right, and on your left you will see Food Warehouse. Head on up the road, straight on through the roundabout between these shops, and follow as it winds to the left. You will pass several Chorley car showrooms on both sides. Head on past these and continue straight on this road. You will soon see a large building on your left called Hot Tub Superstore, this is located on Trident Business Park, and you should see the Dungeonland signage at the entrance to this park area. Once you enter the park look out for four buildings ahead of you, these are 3A to 3D, and the one on the far left (3A) will say EasyPay on it. We are in the same building on the ground floor.
Local Collection
To use our free local collection service:
- Add your items to the basket and proceed, click to checkout, and on the Shipping Address page choose the Local Collection (Blackpool) option.
- Continue through to payment and complete your order. Note that PayPal and Klarna are not available for collections as they require proof of shipping.
- Your collection will be ready on the same or next working day depending on the time and date we receive it and you will receive an e-mail update to notify you of this. The status of your order will also show as 'Ready to pick up' on your order history page. If you do not see an e-mail from us, ensure you check your junk / spam folder as it may be redirected there.
- Once you have your e-mail confirmation saying your order is ready for collection you are welcome to visit us between 9.30am to 1.30pm Monday to Friday to collect your order.
About Your Visit
We ask that visitors arrive in small groups, ideally of no more than two at a time, and to bear in mind you are entering an area where parcels are being packaged and deliveries may be entering. Some parts of our premises are not suitable for small children and should you bring one with you please ensure they remain supervised and stay by their accompanying adult. It should be noted that our Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Milly, may be on the premises and she is particularly drawn to visitors that are female or children. If there are people in your party not comfortable around dogs, we recommend you contact us before visiting to check if Milly is currently on the premises or not.
Purchasing on the Premises
Whilst at Dungeonland you are welcome to purchase products and make payment using the card machine on our premises. However, we do recommend browsing our range online prior to your visit, as only a selection of our products can be browsed at our premises. Some of our products, like our merchandise and miniatures, are either stored off the premises or are not accessible at short notice, purchasing online will avoid the disappointment of products not being available to you.

Some of our books come with a complimentary PDF supplied for download by Dungeonland, and some supplied by Bits and Mortar.
