Become a Dungeoneer at Dungeonland and get free perks on your Dungeonland account. We currently have the following perks running:

• 3% off purchases over £100 until December 31st 2024

We'll update your Dungeonland account with the new discount. We update accounts usually on a Tuesday so it may be up to seven working days for your account to update. Perks will vary at different times throughout the year and most perks are for a limited time only before they change.

We kindly ask that Dungeoneer's do not use Klarna for payments due to the high processing fees they charge us combining with your discount. Dungeonland reserves the right to amend or remove this offer at any time it so chooses.

To use your discount follow these steps:

• Sign into your customer account using the e-mail address you provided us with.
• On the left side of your account page, you will see a header that says 'Discounts' and underneath it will say 'Dungeoneer'. This means your discount is active.
• Add items to your basket as normal and the checkout will automatically discount them as you pass the tiers above.

Terms:

• You must be logged into your account to use your discount.
• Discounts cannot be applied in remorse.
• Offer runs until 31st December 2024.
• Dungeonland reserves the right to amend or remove this offer at any time it so chooses.

Product Reviews

As a Dungeonland account holder you can leave a review on any product listed on our website as long as you have previously purchased the product from Dungeonland. The order for the product must have a Paid order status and the review can be done from your customer account for up to six months after the original purchase date.

To leave a review for a product, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your customer account.
2. Locate the Reviews block on the left-hand side and click Leave reviews.
3. Choose a product from the "Products waiting for your review" list and click "Leave a Review"
4. Rate the product and write a review.
5. Click Submit.

The Reviews section is located on the left of your account page as shown below:

That’s it! After you submit the review, you will see a message informing you that it will be published once checked. Previously published reviews can all be viewed from your account.
