Visiting Dungeonland

We are not able to accept visitors at this time. We are based in Blackpool and currently in the process of moving location. Right now, we are organising our new premises and will soon be transferring all of our stock. We expect this to be completed by the end of Summer '24. We recommend you keep a check on this page or our Discord channel for further updates if you wish to follow the progress of our move. When our move is complete, we will let you know.

Click & Collect (available end of Summer '24)

Dungeonland can be visited between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm, Monday through until Friday. Our new location will be announced here soon as it is ready to accept visitors. You can make your purchase either by:

• Visiting our website and using the click and collect option:
• Add your items to the basket and proceed through to the 'shipping and packaging' page and choose the click and collect option.
• Enter the date and time you would like to collect from us.
• Proceed through to payment* and complete your order.
• We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect. During opening hours this will probably be within the hour, otherwise it will be next working day.

• Visit Dungeonland itself:
• We use an 'Argos' style service so our physical stock cannot be browsed. We will provide you with a terminal to browse our stock and place your order or alternatively you can use your own mobile device following the same click and collect system above.
• We'll assemble your order right away for you while you may wait in our Trident Adventure Room.

*Please note that PayPal and Klarna are not available for customers that wish to collect as they both require proof of shipping for orders, nor do we accept cash payments. You will be able to use all of our other payment processing options.

This click and collect service is free of charge to use.

Trident Adventure Room (available end of Summer '24)

Our premises are located in Blackpool and include a private adventure room, named Trident, which is complete with air conditioning and can be hired for groups of up to six people.

This is what we will provide when you arrive:

• Your own private adventure room for four hours complete with six chairs and a long table in a modern environment.
• A wireless speaker system with Alexa that you can use to play your background gaming music.
• A bowl of sweets for you to enjoy and a pot of pencils for you to use during your session.
• Use of our kitchen facilities which include access to water and unlimited cups of tea, and even a fridge or toaster if you need them.
• Access to two separate toilets including a disabled option.
• Free use of our broadband.
• A friendly greeting from a happy dog that will wag her tail on your arrival. That will be Milly, the Dungeonland doggy.
• An exclusive discount of 10% on anything that is purchased prior to the end of your session giving you access to over five thousand tabletop roleplaying game books and miniatures on the day. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own gaming products with you.

Our pricing for a four hour session in our private adventure room is as follows:

• Monday to Friday running from 10 am to 2 pm:
• £40 plus VAT. Approximately £8.00 per person based on a group of six.
• Monday to Sunday running from either 4 pm to 8 pm, 5 pm to 9 pm, or 6 pm to 10 pm:
• £50 plus VAT. Approximately £10.00 per person based on a group of six.

We are only able to offer four hour sessions at this time. Once your booking is placed we will contact you soon after to confirm your slot.

If you are visiting our site for a click and collect or to use our Trident adventure room you may find the following information below useful to know before your visit.

Broadband

We offer free broadband use for customers that are using the Trident Adventure Room. The information required to connect to this is available in the room itself ready for you when you arrive.

Cancellations

If you have booked the Trident Adventure Room and need to cancel your session we will accept your cancellation up to one hour before your start time. We do charge a 10% cancellation fee though this can be waived if the session is moved to an alternative date and time. Cancellations are not accepted once we are within an hour of your start time, nor may they be moved to another date and time, and any payment would be forfeit at that stage.

Car Parking

The car part outside our premises has around twenty spaces and two of these parking spaces are reserved for Dungeonland. We are not able to guarantee their availability though, particularly during the day time when the park is at its busiest. The car park is typically very quiet in the evenings. There is alternative free car parking within a five minute walk of Dungeonland at the local shopping centre.

Disabled Access

Our location is friendly to your needs. We are based on the ground floor and our entrance foyet and corridors are wide enough for wheelchair access. We also have separate disabled toilet facilities available should they be required.

Food and Drink

For customers using the Trident Adventure Room we provide free of charge a bowl of sweets, unlimited cups of tea, and access to our kitchen so water will be available to you also. We do not sell food or drink but you are welcome to bring your own snacks like crisps, peanuts, soft drinks and similar items. We do not allow meals to be consumed on the premises like pizza, chips, pot noodles and so on, and no alcholol may be brought on to the premises or consumed while visiting us. There are several supermarkets and a McDonalds all within a five minute walk of us should they be required.

Games

Dungeonland does not provide a library of games to play when using the Trident Adventure Room. These need to be brought in by yourself or can be purchased before, or on, the actual day of your session directly from us. We have a range of over five thousand roleplaying game books and miniatures available for you to select from. Some of our top titles are very popular and move quickly, so we recommend purchasing early if their is a specific title you would like in case the item is out of stock on the day of your session.

Group Size and Ages

Our Trident Adventure Room caters for groups of up to six and is most economical when booked for this particular group size. All groups regardless of size should have at least two adults aged eighteen or over present to supervise. We are not able to accept bookings for groups of only children.
